Dr. HE Zhang, PhD, COO

 

Dr. Zhang is a Senior Vice President at a world-class petroleum consulting firm, with expertise in petroleum reserves evaluation.  Zhang has signed many annual filing reports and two IPO reports at different stock exchanges worldwide.  Zhang is also an adjunct faculty in teaching Petroleum Engineering and a college advisory board member at Univ. of Houston –Victoria.
     
Dr. Zhang received his dual BS degrees from University of Science and Technology of China, and a PhD degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and SPE Certified Petroleum Engineer. Dr. Zhang has committed a substantial portion of his leisure time to actively contribute to several Non-Profit Organizations.
