On March 30, 2024, Fair Fencing Organization (FFO) successfully organized another free seminar titled "FFO Seminar: How To Become A Competitive Fencer," featuring a presentation by FFO Board Director and Coach Andrey Geva. Mr. Geva is the renowned head coach and owner of the Alliance Fencing Academy, a prominent Epee Fencing Club. He has served as the head coach for USA Olympic Women‘s team. In addition, he contributed to the development of important regulations for the USA Fencing Association. In 2024, Geva is nominated as one of USA Fencing Hall of Fame Inductees.

Coach Geva began by sharing his professional journey, touching upon topics related to fencing training, competitions, and cultivating interest in the sport. He also talked about how to become a competitive fencer in general terms. Then it was followed by a comprehensive and uplifting Q&A session. This informative session lasted over two hours.
